1. Preparation of Technical Documents & Management of Business Area Determination (PWU), Feasibility Studies, RUPTL and IUPTL, Tariffs

PT. Atelir Alad Aditama (AAA) assists Industrial Estates in obtaining Business Area Determination (PWU) from the government, as well as in preparing Electricity Supply Business Plans (RUPTL) and to obtain an Electricity Supply Business License (IUPTL).

We develop feasibility studies, particularly in the energy sector—especially electricity—by analyzing and evaluating clients’ programs and business plans.

We also help clients formulate electricity tariff structures, provide assistance in submitting proposals to the Directorate General of Electricity (DJK) / Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), conduct public hearings, and support clients until they receive approval from the House of Representatives (DPR).

AAA prepares the Interconnection Study (IS) for the benefit of clients as well as PLN (Electricity State Owned Enterprise).

  1. Balance between development plans and demand plans (Generation Capacity Expansion Planning).
