Mr. Harry Hartoyo is a Senior Consultant in Electricity Power and Renewable Energy Development.
He served Indonesia State Owned Electricity Company (PLN) for 31 years. His last position in PLN was Head of Corporate Delivery Unit (CDU), who reports to PLN CEO and Board of Directors, 2010- 2013.
He is also involved in Indonesia Renewable Energy Society (Masyarakat Energy Terbarukan Indonesia/METI), as Vice Chairman of Business Development, Investment and Promotion.
Mr. Harry Hartoyo holds a master degree in Public Management from Lee Kua Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS), which includes a two months Executive Program in Harvard Kennedy School USA. Prior to develop his own research and consulting institution, he was an Engineer at US Department of Energy, NETL for 35 years until retirement. Ikhsan has more than 25 years experiences mostly in the state owned enterprise power utility company in Indonesia: PLN. His Last position was Director of Mega Project and Renewable Energy.

Ikhsan holds Master Management Degree from Sekolah Tinggi Management Jakarta, and obtained his degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Hasanuddin University

Mr. Hugo has more than 25 years of professional experience mostly in energy sector. He worked for PT PLN until 2016 as Senior Engineer at Head Office. Currently, he is also an Advisor at PT. Icon+ for AMR/AMI project.
